      The C300 is a medium-output form, fill and seal machine for cups ensuring increased efficiency, accuracy and great flexibility. The FFS machine C300 is available in clean design up to full aseptic FDA level.

      More efficiency, availability, flexibility

      A compact solution with a modular design, the C300 processes all types of packaging material used for cups and handles all kinds of dairy and food products.

      Key functions are servo-driven to ensure optimum process control and efficient energy consumption. Working width can be optimised in line with the requested production capacity.

      Nominal output ranges from 10.000 to 36.000 cups/hour.

      Available for the following hygienic standards: clean, ultra-clean and aseptic.

      Cups can be designed cost-effectively and with a huge variety of different labelling solutions. The label is not only a marketing instrument - it also improves the cup’s sidewall stability – making it more rigid so the bottom web thickness for the cup can be reduced.
