In future, the global packaging machine manufacturer IMA DAIRY & FOOD with its well-known brands Erca, Fillshape, Gasti, Hamba and Hassia will be more present on the South American market. An own sales and service office has been opened end of February and Thierry Parages has been appointed as General Manager.   

Thierry Parages has more than 30 years experience in the processing and packaging sectors and after living 15 years in Latin America he has a very good knowledge of the South American market.

The new sales & service office ‘IMA DAIRY & FOOD LATAM’ will be based in Mar del Plata/Argentina and it will also represent the IMA company AlphaMAC. AlphaMAC supplies the market with extrusion blow molding machines and end-of-line solutions.
